You have heard it said, “great power requires great responsibility.” Few statements in life are more true. DAPrDAN offers its Field Technicians great personal power with the opportunity to work independently — without a boss breathing down their necks. As an organization, we have always sought to implement systems that provide efficiency to our people, enabling them to continue on their path of development while having time to spend with family.
As an approved DAPrDAN service technician, you are required to perform a variety of tasks ranging from technical to relational, and over the years we’ve discovered it takes a special person to do this job right. Dollar for dollar, DAPrDAN’s starting compensation pays 20% more than the median wage of comparable positions in the northwest, and 45% higher than the national average (according to Indeed.com) — but, that’s if you’re average. Since we only hire rock stars, within 4-8 weeks we can get you earning considerably more depending on your proficiency to learn and apply what we teach.
In addition to your daily performance pay, you always have the opportunity to earn more just by doing two simple things naturally and consistently: (1) Looking for opportunity to share DAPrDAN’s other services, and (2) Working to the best of your capabilities. When performed consistently, and with the opportunities DAPrDAN has available, you may find yourself earning more than you thought possible.
You work hard to deliver 5-star experiences for DAPrDAN customers, so we want your personal and family time to be substantial and rewarding. We know that life isn’t all about work and sometimes you just want to take an extra day off now and then, or get away for a couple weeks. With adequate planning and coordination, the sky’s the limit, and we want to help you make it happen! In fact, DAPrDAN’s services are seasonal by nature, so some times of the year we work really hard for weeks, and at other times it’s more casual. By planning ahead, our team members enjoy a balanced life of work, family and leisure.
As an essential component of independence, DAPrDAN leverages current technology that saves you time every day. We’ve integrated mobile apps for communicating project information, tracking time, daily reports, human resources, direct deposit payroll, online meetings, job training and managing performance incentives.
DAPrDAN provides Field Technicians with a company truck loaded with all the equipment you need to do your job. Once qualified, you are permitted to take it home with you each day.
DAPrDAN provides all of your outerwear for seasonal work in the heat and cold. Rugged and classically styled, our uniforms consist of overalls, collared shirts and traditional newsboy caps. They clearly communicate, “I’m here to work,” and immediately set us apart from our competition. In addition, upon successfully completing a background check and drug test, you will be presented with your employee ID badge from TheSeal.com. This badge lets our customers know you are safe to work on their property and enter their home.
DAPrDAN issues its Field Technicians company bank cards to pay for the recurring replenishment of fuel and supplies. In the case a company truck is not available, or employees are driving for business purposes, DAPrDAN pays a per-mile stipend.
DAPrDAN observes the following holidays, and we’ll automatically add these hours to the next payroll: New Year’s Day (January 1), Independence Day (July 4), Thanksgiving (Fourth Thursday in November) and Christmas Day (December 25). Our pay schedule is every other week.
Every hour you work at DAPrDAN is banking you time to do the things you love. After a 90-day waiting period, you’ll have the opportunity to earn up to 2 full weeks of vacation time.
Sometimes emergencies happen… Good financial health starts with building savings and having access to money when you need it. DAPrDAN’s payroll service allows employees to get money between paydays when savings aren’t enough. It’s free for you to access and repayment is automated as part of your regular pay schedule.
DAPrDAN provides voluntary enrollment in our company health plan. With 75% of the base plan premium covered for employees, it can be an affordable option to protect you and your family. DAPrDAN also contributes separately to employees’ and their dependents’ basic corporate life insurance policy.
It’s smart to plan for the future, and DAPrDAN will partner with you to make it happen. Our Safe Harbor 401(k) plan provides that DAPrDAN will match 100% of up to the first 5% of your pay. Easy enrollment and complete integration with your paycheck can make this a no-brainer.

To thrive in your work as a DAPrDAN Field Technician you must have fortitude. MANAGING TECHNICIAN
Ben joined DAPrDAN at the end of Q3 2020 and swiftly rose to become a DAN of Dans. His impeccable standards and work ethic paved the way for Ben to manage multiple projects and crews. He will be working with Greg to develop our newest branch of DAPrDAN in Lake Chelan (Eastern Washington) set to open Spring of 2023.
