Are there any commitments or contracts?
Yes, of course. This is how we protect your investment by clearly defining what DAPrDAN will be providing to you in exchange for your trust and patronage. However, our contract is written in plain language that is easy to understand and isn’t 10 pages long — it’s simple, and straight forward. Get a quote and you will have the opportunity to read through our contract prior to making a commitment of maintaining your home with DAPrDAN.
Is there a trial period?
Due to the direct labor cost of producing results at your property, we can not offer a trial period for the home maintenance subscription. However, you can always test DAPrDAN’s basic service features by hiring us like you would any other contractor for 1-time service. This will give you a good idea how we communicate and provide a look behind the scenes at our company culture. Our customers have told us this is the best way to get introduced to DAPrDAN. How do I know when you’re coming?
DAPrDAN schedules all your plan service appointments years into the future — this is how we keep things predictable, like clockwork. Once we get your dates set in our calendar, we draft an email with the dates, times, service appointments and the names of your lead technician for each appointment over the next 12-months. Of course, you can always log into your service portal (we’ll provide you the link) and see all the details of your upcoming appointment. You always have the power to adjust the schedule, however we request that you respect the limitations of our calendar within reason.
Can I change plans?
You can upgrade your plan at any time. You can downgrade your plan at the end of your current billing cycle — month-to-month, or annual. Simply call our office, or email a request to change plans.
Does this service sync with my smart home?
We like the way you think. At this time we look to soft bridges like Zapier to trigger custom requests. However, we do have the ear of some companies that may be interested in strategic partnerships. Drop us a line with your idea.
