DAPrDAN guarantees a 100% remediation of all organic growth on your roof with our Premium roof cleaning, and we provide a 3-year warranty from the date of service. The only warranty we offer for 5 years is our Luxury roof cleaning which includes a full rinse of the dead material, plus an application of antimicrobial sealant. In either case we would return if you see green moss growing back on the roof. Algae may grow on the roof from a seeping gutter, but this is an indication of needing to clean the gutters, not a failure of the roof cleaning.
