That’s a great question! While we never want to create more work for our customers, the following suggestions will ensure that you enjoy a service experience that is free from surprises – and that’s always a good thing.
DAPrDAN’s technicians are willing to help you finish preparing the work areas upon arrival and will leave your property in better condition than when we arrived. We accomplish this by taking photos of the work areas before and after the services are provided, preparing the work area as needed and thoroughly cleaning up the work areas when we’re done working.
For cleaning of Roofs, Gutters, Siding, Driveways, and some Walkways
Suggested tasks: (1) Remove all obstacles that may be leaning against, or within 24-inches of the siding of the home (this is essential for cleaning the siding), (2) Park vehicles on the street, or at least 20-feet back from the work area, (3) Secure pets inside, or in designated areas away from technicians, (4) Close and secure all windows and doors.
Estimated time to prepare: 5 to 60 minutesFor cleaning of Windows, Screens and Skylights
Suggested tasks: (1) Move obstacles like beds, couches and other furniture back approximately 3-feet from the windows to be cleaned, (2) Pull back curtains and raise blinds on any windows to be cleaned, (3) Clear the window sills of obstacles like toys, potted plants, etc., (4) Remove any obstacles on the glass such as stained glass decorations, bird feeders, thermometers, etc., (5) Close and secure all windows and doors.

Suggested tasks: (1) Move BBQs, outdoor tables and chairs, rugs or mats, and any potted plants obstructing the areas you want cleaned, (2) Close and secure all windows and doors.
Estimated time to prepare: 5 to 15 minutesFor cleaning of perimeter Fences
Suggested tasks: (1) Move any obstacles back approximately 5-feet from the fence to be cleaned, (2) Remove any decorations, (3) Tie back sensitive plants within 5-feet of the work area.
Estimated time to prepare: 5 to 30 minutesFor cleaning of Solar Panels
Suggested tasks: (1) Move any obstacles approximately 10-15 feet away from the work area (if the panels are located on the roof, there is nothing for you to prepare).
